Our Cat 5 Home Building Process

The first thing we do when working with a client is our initial consultation. With Cat 5 homes there are a variety of floor plans that you can choose from and each can be modified to better suit your tastes and style. After you have selected the amenities you are looking for from your new home, our designers will create a mock up of your new home, allowing you to tweak and revise the design as needed. Once we are completed with the design, we will build your new home to the agreed upon specifications. During the construction process our team will communicate with you, giving you a bi-monthly report of the status and budget of the project.
